CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is very important to me, it is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please be on time for your appointment, I take pride in my work and will not rush or make a client after you wait, if you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment I will kindly ask that you reschedule. No show clients will have to pay 50% of the service before booking again, this charge will be non refundable if another no show to an appointment. If no show, I may charge 50% of the service booked.
